Ostrich Feather Fringe 1PLY

This handmade Feather Fringe is made from Ostrich feathers approximately 4-5 inches long and comes on a 5 yard bolt. These feathers are sewn on to a satin-blend bias tape with approximately 16-18 feathers per inch making it a One Ply layer of thickness.
