Chandelle Feather Boa - Lightweight - Tipped White/Black

This small feather boa is the lightest of our chandelle boas. This white and black feather boa is tipped so that the base is one color and the tip of the feathers is another giving it a two-tone effect. Our thin feather boa measures 2 yards (6 ft) long, and approx 4-4.5" in diameter. This Zucker feather boa can be cut without unraveling as feathers are sewn on to a cotton cord.
