Feather Hackle Plates Multi Color - Rainbow Mix

Half Multi-Colored Feather Hackle Plates (often called pinwheels) measure 10x5.5 inches in diameter and are made with stripped Multi-Colored Rooster Hackle Feathers that are glued and arranged on to a half circular piece of fabric. Stripping feathers is a unique process where the quill is stripped approximately 3/4 of its feather, leaving behind beautiful feather tips. Decorative beads are then attached to some of the stripped areas of the quill. This Multi-Colored Feather Hackle Plate is available in a 6 color combo and can be cut to any size.
