Marabou- Ostrich fFeather Fan - White/Black

Marabou Feather Fan w/Ostrich Feathers are handmade with soft white Marabou Feathers and is tipped with black Ostrich Feather Fringe. When fully open, this fan measures 13x22 inches. This fan has 21 decorative plastic staves, each connected with a color coordinated tassel tied metal ring. Marabou feathers are applied to the fan staves leaving approx 4" of stave showing at the bottom. The wisps of the black ostrich fringe against the white marabou adds a whimsical touch to this fan.
