Ostrich Feather Fringe 2PLY - Champagne

This handmade Feather Fringe is made from Ostrich feathers approximately 4.5-5.5 inches long and comes on a 2 yard bolt. These feathers are sewn on to a polyester-blend bias tape with approximately 30-35 feathers per inch making it a Two Ply layer of thickness.
