Ostrich Floss Feather Fan - Teal

Ostrich Floss Feather Fans measure 18" x 32"when fully opened. This fan is made with dyed 12-17" Ostrich Floss feathers that are attached to each of it's 16 bamboo fan staves. Each bamboo stave measures 12" long. Ostrich Floss feathers are dyed over their natural markings, making each feather unique and varied in color.
