This backpack wing frame is made with galvanized wire wrapped in floral tape and comes with 3/4" elastic straps to be worn under the arm for a secure fit. This unique design packs flat, and opens up towards the back with two 11 inch diameter/circular structures that can be covered with felt or foam sheets in any desired shape to create the ultimate feather wings of your choice.
